تشهد العاصمة السودانية الخرطوم عقب التظاهرات الطلابية بجامعة الخرطوم في 11 مارس 2014 والتي اسفرت عن مقتل الطالب علي أبكر موسي إدريس حملة إعتقالات واسعة من قبل جهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني للناشطين الحقوقين والطلاب والمدافعين عن حقوق الانسان , وقد رصدنا في حقوق بعض الاعتقالات التي صاحبت هذه الحملة , وادناه عرضها حسب التسلسل الزمني

كما قامت السلطات الامنية في ساعات متاخرة من مساء الاربعاء 12 مارس باقتحام منزل غازي الريح الشيخ السنهوري (34 عام) يسكن بمنطقة الجريف غرب بولاية الخرطوم وإعتقاله.

قامت قوة من جهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني ترتدي الزي المدني في يوم الخميس الموافق 13 مارس 2014 باقتحام مكتب المحامي والناشط الحقوقي عبد المنعم أدم محمد (30 عام) بعمارة دوسة بالسوق العربي واقتياده الي جهة غير معلومة.

قامت الاجهزة الامنية بولاية الخرطوم في تمام الساعة الخامسة عصرا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 17 مارس 2014 باعتقال الناشط الحقوقي والمحامي الرضي علي ابراهيم(مواليد 10 سبتمبر 1985 - نيالا -ولاية جنوب دارفور ) وطالبين من تجمع روابط طلاب دارفور بالخرطوم هم :-
1- إبراهيم صالح إبراهيم أدم خريج جامعة السودان كلية الدراسات التجارية - (مواليد 12 يناير1981 ولاية جنوب دارفور-محلية

2- أحمد علي أحمد السنوسي (27 عام ) - طالب بجامعة النيلين كلية القانون - المستوي الثالث- يسكن بمنطقة صالحة بامدرمان .
وقد قامت السلطات الامنية بالافراج عن أحمد علي أحمد السنونسي في مساء يوم الاربعاء الموافق 18 مارس 2014 , بينما لايزال أبراهيم صالح و الرضي علي إبراهيم قيد الاعتقال حتي ألان .

كما قامت الاجهزة الامنية باعتقال الناشط محمد صلاح محمد عبد الرحمن (24 عام ) من مطار الخرطوم الدولي في يوم الخميس الموافق 20 مارس 2014 ولا يعلم مكان تواجده حتي الان , حيث افادت السلطات الامنية لاسرة محمد صلاح بكتابة طلب فقدان وانه سوف يتم الرد عليهم بعد 48 ساعة .

هذا وقد صرح والي الخرطوم الاستاذ عبد الرحمن الخضر مطلع هذا الاسبوع في يوم الاثنين الموافق 17 مارس " إن حق التعبير متاح لكل فرد أو جماعة وبأي كيفية، شريطة ألا يتعدى ذلك على حرية الآخرين ولن تسمح الولاية لأي جهة مهما كانت بقفل الطرقات العامة لأن في ذلك تعدياً على حق الآخرين" وانه سوف يتم تنظيم النشاط السياسي لكافة الاحزاب السودانية , وتطالب حقوق السلطات السودانية بالافراج فورا عن الناشطين والمحامين اعلاه او توفير محاكمات عادلة لهم .

On Wednesday the 12th of March, 2014, during the funeral of the student Ali Abkar Moussa, the security authorities arrested Abdel Aziz Altom Ebrahim, (29 years old) lawyer at the Darfur’s Lawyers and human rights activists, and Mohamed Idris Mohamed Geddo, activist in the Darfur’s Students Association (29 years old). The security apparatuses informed Abdel Aziz Altom Ibrahim’s family of his detainment on Monday the 17th of March 2014, and that visits would be permitted after 15 days. The detention place of Mohamed Idris Geddo remains unknown to the present day.

The security authorities had also raided the house of Ghazy Al Raih Al Sheikh Al Sanhoury (34 years old), residing in Al Geraif district west of Khartoum state, in the late hours of Wednesday 12th of March’s night, and arrested him.
Ghazy Al Reeh family expressed their worry about their detained son’s medical condition in the security apparatus detention cells, since Ghazy suffers allergy and asthma, which requires constant medical care. In the last visit by his family on the 21st of March 2014 in Kobar public prison in Khartoum, the family informed us about the deterioration of his health condition.
Ashraf Mohamed Othman Al Hussein (37 years old), married and father of two sons, the security apparatuses arrested him on Wednesday the 12th of March 2014, in front of Ghazy’s house in Al Gereif district, and his whereabouts remain unknown to the present day, since his family was denied the visits. Ashraf suffers ulcer and congenital malformation in the esophagus, he had been operated on shortly before his arrest, which provokes the worry of his family about his health condition in the detention cells of the NISS.

On Thursday the 13th of March 2014, elements of the NISS in civilian dress raided the office of Abdel Monem Adam Mohamed (30 years old) lawyer and human rights activist, situated in Dousa building in Al Souq Al Arabi district in Khartoum, and drove him to an unknown destination.
The family of Abdel Monem Mohamed Adam had issued and presented a missing notice to the NISS in Khartoum on Friday the 14th of March 2014, and had received a phone call on Sunday afternoon, 16th of March 2014, from a body that claims to be the information of NISS, informing them that their son is under detention and visits would be permitted in 15 days.

On the 17th of March 2014 Tuesday at 5 o’clock in the evening the Security Apparatuses in Khartoum state arrested lawyer and activist El-Reda Ali Ibrahim (born 10th of September 1985 -
The security authorities released El-Sanosi on 18 of March , Wednesday . However, El-Reda and Ibrahim are still detained .

Moreover, the Security Apparatus kidnapped the activist Mohamed Salah Mohamed Abdelrahman (24 years old ) from Khartoum’s International Airport . He has been kidnapped on Thursday the 20th of March. His place remains unknown to the present day .
The security authorities informed Mohamed’s Family to write a missing application, and that they would reply in 24 hours .
It is worth mentioning that Khartoum governance made a statement about freedom of expression on the 17th of March. “Freedom of expression is a right for any person or group, on the condition that nobody transgresses other people’s freedom .
