محاكمة أحد اعضاء حركة الطلاب الاسلاميين الوطنيين بتهم الخطف التعذيب

تنعقد يوم الاحد القادم الموافق 29 ديسمبر 2013 بمجمع محاكم الامتداد  برئاسة مولانا محمود علي ابراهيم  الجلسة التاسعة في القضية
المرفوعة من قبل  الطالب التقي علاء الدين أحمد يوسف في مواجهة  معاوية عثمان بابا , هذا انعقدت اولي جلسات المحاكمة بتاريخ 2 سبتمبر 2013 .



وكانت حقوق قد أشارات  في نشرتها الصادرة بتاريخ 28 يوليو 2013 الي حادثة التعذيب الذي تعرض له التقي علاء الدين يوسف من قبل معاوية عثمان بابا ومجموعة من  منسوبي حركة الطلاب الاسلاميين الوطنيين بجامعة السودان , حيث تم اقتياده من موقف مواصلات السوق الشعبي  بالخرطوم والتعدي عليه بالضرب المبرح داخل دار اتحاد طلاب جامعة السودان - الجناح الجنوبي مما اسفر عن اصابته بجروح بليغة في الرأس و كسر في حامل الاسنان وثلاثة اسنان سفلية .




هذا ويواجه معاوية عثمان بابا تهما تحت المواد  (139 - 144 - 142 - 162 - 164 ) من القانون الجنائي السوداني لسنة 1991  والجدير بالذكر انه هنالك عدد من البلاغات الاخري  مفتوحة من قبل طلاب بجامعة السودان في مواجهة معاوية عثمان بابا  بالتعدي عليهم بالضرب والتعذيب .

On Sunday 29th of December 2013, a session will be held under the chairmanship of Mr. Mahmoud Ali Ibrahim, which is the 9th session of the trial against Mawia Osman Baba, who is accused by Altaqee Ala-aldeen Ahmed Yousef, the first session was on the 2nd of September 2013.
Rights published the details of this case on the 28th of July, at the 4th of July 2013 a group of 20 pro government students stopped the bus Altaqee was taking home just in front of his university gates and dragged him out of the bus and took him inside the university and start beating him, when they left him he was bleeding and needed to go to hospital and from there he went to the Alshabee Market police station in Khartoum with a report 8 from the doctor which mentioned that he had a broken lower jaw and three broken teeth.
Altaqee was able to identify one of the attackers who is Mawia Osman Baba, he is a member of the Students National Islamic Movement in the university of Sudan, and he is also charged from different Sudan university students, as he was involved in a lot of violent activities targeting student activists inside the university of Sudan, from the patterns we came across in the Sudanese universities we know that the ruling party NCP have a security branch from students, which get training and resources from the government, in order to keep the students under control.
