راشد معتقل لدى الجهاز منذ سبتمبر ... Rashed in detention since september

راشد شيخ الدين أبو بكر ، 35 عام متزوج و أب لطفلين يسكن منطقة الكلاكله في الخرطوم، ناشط في اللجنه الشبابية لمناهضة سدي دال و كجبار.  

 صباح  الثلاثاء 23 سبتمبر 2013   قامت قوة مسلحة تابعة لجهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني  بمداهمة مطبعة راشد  بالسوق العربي و إعتقال عدد من العاملين بها من ضمنهم شقيقه رباح شيخ الدين ابوبكر (26) عام , و قام جهاز الأمن بعدها  بالاتصال براشد و طلب منه تسليم نفسه  لدي مكاتب جهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني بضاحية العمارات  , هذا وقد قام راشد بتسلم نفسه في ظهر يوم الثلاثاء لدي مكاتب جهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني بشارع 47 بضاحية العمارات . 

 ولم تسمح السلطات الامنية  حتي كتابة هذه النشرة لإسرة راشد بزيارته  علي الرغم من تقدمهم بطلب زياردة لدي استعلامات جهاز الامن في يوم السبت الموافق 4 اكتوبر  , كما  أفاد احد المعتقلين الذين تم الافرج عنهم مؤخرا لحقوق عن تعرض راشد للتعذيب علي يد الاجهزة الامنية  مما يجعلنا نتخوف اذاء الوضع الصحي لراشد داخل معتقلات جهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني  , هذا وقد كانت حقوق قد رصدت اكثر من 86 حالات إعتقال تعسفي في الفترة من 20 - 27 سبتمبر  حيث تم الافراج عن كل المعتقلين  الذين تم إعتقلهم في هذه الفترة عدا راشد . 

وتطالب حقوق السلطات السودانية بالافراج عن راشد فورا او توجيه إتهامات له و تقديمه لمحاكمة عادلة . 

Rashed Shiekh Aldeen Abubaker, 35 year old male married and father of two kids, live in Al Kalakla area in Khartoum locality, and activist in Dal and Kajbar dam resistance committee.
On Tuesday morning 23 September 2014 a group of armed NISS officers raid on Rashed printing shop in Alaraby market in Khartoum, and they arrested two of the employees one of them is his brother Rabah Shiekh Aldeen.
NISS officers did not find Rashid in the shop, they call him in his phone and told him to extradite himself at NISS office in Alamarat area in Khartoum and they will release his colleagues , after the call Rashed went to NISS office in Alamarat and till now he is in detention.
Rashid family filled a visit form in NISS offices in the 4th of October 2014 but till now they did not get any response, one of the released detainees told Sudan Rights team that Rashed was tortured badly.
Sudan Rights team documented 86 names of detainees who was arrested by NISS at the end of September, all of them are released except Rashed. 

Sudan Rights demands the immediate release of Mr Rashed Shiekh Aldeen or issue an indictment against him and transfer his file to court in order that a fair trail be held.

NISS in Abu Jibaha arrest more people.. جهاز الأمن في أبو جبيهة يعتقل المزيد من المواطنيين

Abu Jibaha   October 2014

قامت قوات جهاز الأمن و المخابرات الوطني في مدينة أبو جبيهة ولاية جنوب كردفان يوم الأربعاء 8 أكتوبر 2014 بإعتقال عدد من المحتجين السلميين من أمام مقر جهاز الأمن في مدينة أبو جبيهة و هؤلاء المعتقلين هم:- 
1- علاء الدين حسن , طالب في جامعة كردفان كلية التربية السنه الرابعه.
2- محمد شقه ناصر , طالب في جامعة كردفان كلية الطب السنه الثالثه.
3- علي بشير ، طالب في جامعة كردفان كلية الطب السنة السادسه.
4- أيمن عبد الغفار  . 
5- الحاج . ( نعمل على الحصول على إسمه الكامل) 

هؤلاء المعتقلين هم أصدقاء و أهالي معتقلين لدى جهاز الأمن في أبو جبيهة منذ 2 أكتوبر 2014، و لقد كانوا يقفون و يحتجون بشكل سلمي مطالبين بحرية أصدقائهم قبل أن يتم إعتقالهم من قبل جهاز الأمن و المخابرات الوطني. 

تطالب حقوق السلطات السودانية بسرعة الإفراج عن كل الناشطين المعتقلين و أصدقائهم ، أو توجيه إتهامات لهم و عرضهم لمحاكمة عادله و سريعه.

Abu Jibaha 2 October 2014

NISS forces in the state of South Kordofan Abu Jibaha city on Wednesday 8 October 2014 arrested number of peaceful protesters in front of NISS offices in Abu Jibaha and they are: 

1- Ala Aldeen Hassan, student at Kordofan university in his fourth year in the faculty of education. 

2-Mohamed Shaga Nasser, student at Kordofan university in his third year in the faculty of medicine. 

3- Ali Basheer, student at Kordofan university in his final year in the faculty of medicine. 

4- Ayman Abd Alghafar. 

5- Alhaj. (we are trying to get his full name)

These protesters are friends and family members of a group of activists detained in NISS offices in Abu Jibaha since the 2nd of October 2014. 

They were standing and protesting peacefully calling for the freedom of their friends before being also arrested by NISS.

Sudan Rights demands the immediate release of all detained activists and their friends in Abu Jibaha locality, or issue an indictment against them and transfer their files to a court in order that a fair trial be held.

NISS arrest Abdulsalam ... جهاز الأمن يعتقل عبد السلام

عبد السلام كشة عبد السلام (23 ) عام 

قامت الاجهزة الامنية بالعاصمة السودانية الخرطوم في مساء يوم الاثنين الموافق 6 اكتوبر 2014 باعتقال عبد السلام كشة عبد السلام (23) عام طالب بجامعة النيلين كلية القانون - المستوي الثاني ,  حيث قامت قوة تابعة لجهاز الامن باعتقاله من منطقة  الخرطوم شرق بالقرب من محل اقامته  . 
والجدير بالذكر أن عبد السلام قد تلقي مكالمة هاتفية في صباح الاثنين قبل إعتقاله من جهة تزعم بانها جهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني تفيده بالحضور وتسليم نفسه بمباني جهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني بالخرطوم.

تطالب حقوق السلطات السودانية بالافراج فورا عن عبد السلام او توجيه اتهامات له وتقديمه لمحاكمة عادلة.

6 October 2014 a group of NISS officers arrested Abdulsalam Kasha Abdulsalam 23 year old male, second year law student at Al Neelain university.

He was arrested at eastern Khartoum area near his house, in the same day he was arrested at the morning he received a phone call from person who told him that he is a NISS officer and asked him to come and extradite to one of NISS offices.

Sudan Rights demands the immediate release of Mr. Abdulsalam or issue an indictment against him and transfer his file to a court in order that a fair trial be held.

NISS attacked (Barracks) girls boarding house .... جهاز الأمن يهاجم داخلية طالبات

قامت الاجهزة الامنية بالعاصمة السودانية الخرطوم مساء  اليوم الاحد الموافق 5 اكتوبر 2014 بإعتقال عدد من الطالبات من أمام بوابة  مجمع الزهراء للطالبات التابعة للصندوق القومي لدعم الطلاب و ذلك عقب عودتهن من أحد احتفالات الروابط الاقليمية بالخرطوم  وهن :-

1- رانيا حسن - طالبة بجامعة النيلين - قسم علم النفس | المستوي الرابع
2- رقية موسي الجزولي - طالبة بجامعة الخرطوم - كلية الهندسة |المستوي الرابع
3- نهلة علي عبد الرحمن - طالبة بجامعة النيلين - كلية التجارة
4- اعتزاز محمد عبد الكريم - طالبة بجامعة الخرطوم
5- رحاب حامد أدم - طالبة بجامعة الخرطوم

وكانت ادارة الصندوق القومي لدعم الطلاب قد اصدرت في 1 اكتوبر قرار يقضي باخلاء عدد من الطالبات من مجمع الزهراء وترحليهم الي مجمع اخر  , هذا وقد قامت  قوات الشرطة و قوات ترتدي الزي المدني تابعة لجهاز الامن والمخابرات الوطني  بمحاصرة داخلية البركس في ساعات ممتاخرة من مساء الاحد 5 اكتوبر  لتقوم بعدها باقتحام  الداخلية في صباح الاثنين 6 اكتوبر 2014  حيث قامت باعتقال كل من :-

1- سعدية  الشيخ بخيت - جامعة الزعيم الازهري
2- سمية خميس - جامعة الخرطوم
3- حواء سلميان - جامعة الزعيم الازهري
4- علياء حسون - جامعة امدرمان الاهلية
5- عرفة محمد أبراهيم - جامعة الزعيم الازهري
6- منال أبكر - جامعة النيلين
7- سلمي السنوسي هاشم  دقيس -طالبة بجامعة بحري - كلية الزراعة | المستوي الثالث
8- سوزان  أحمد عمر - طالبة بجامعة الخرطوم - كلية الاداب |المستوي الرابع
9- فدوي محمد  - طالبة بجامعة الزعيم الازهري  - كلية زراعة
10- مواهب - طالبة بجامعة الرباط -


و  أفادت إحدى الطالبات لحقوق أن القوات الأمنية قامت باقتحام مجمع الزهراء مستخدمين الغازات المسيلة للدموع و الخراطيم المياه و العصي الكهربائية مما اسفر عن اصابة عدد من الطالبات  بالاضافة لعدد من الطالبات و تم نقل بعضهن للمستشفيات.


تطالب حقوق السلطات السودانية بالافراج عن الطالبات المعتقلات فورا او توجيه أتهامات لهم و تحويلهم الي محاكم مختصة .

On Sunday 5 October 2014 Sudanese security forces in Khartoum state arrested number of university female students in front of Alzahra girls students boarding house (Barracks) and they are:

1- Rania Hassan, fourth year psychology student at Alneelain university.

2- Rogaia Mousa Aljozouli, fourth year engineer student at Khartoum university. 

3- Nahla Ali  Abdalrahman, faculty of commerce student Alneelain university. 

4- Etezaz Mohamed Abd alkareem, Khartoum university student. 

5-Rehab Hamed Adam, Khartoum university student. 

The Sudanese national students welfare fund administration announced on the 1st of October 2014 its decision to evacuate Alzahra boarding house. On Monday 6 October 2014 a group of NISS officers in civilian clothes accompanied by police officers entered the boarding house and arrested number of female students:
1- Sadia Alshekh Bakheet, alzaiem alazhari university student. 

2- Sumaia Khamees, Khartoum university student. 

3- Hawa Slyman, alzaiem alazhari university student. 

4- Alia Hasson, Omdurman Islamic university. 

5- Arafa Mohamed Ibraheem, alzaiem alazhari university student. 

6- Manal Abakar, Alneelain university student. 

7-Suzan Ahmed Omer, fourth year Arts student at Khartoum university. 

8- Fadwa Mohamed, agriculture student at alzaiem alazhari university.  

An eye witness told Sudan Rights team that  police and security forces used tear gases, wood sticks and electric sticks to beat up the girls, many of the girls who are residents of the boarding house were injured and admitted to hospitals.

Sudan Rights demands the immediate release of the detained students, or issue an indictment against them and transfer their files to a court in order that a fair trial be held.

NISS in Abu Jibaha city arrests a group of activists جهاز الأمن في أبو جبيهة يعتقل مجموعة من الناشطين

وقفة مطالبة بإطلاق سراح المعتقلين في مدينة ابو جبيهة

يوم الخميس 2 أكتوبر 2014 قامت قوة تابعة لجهاز الأمن و المخابرات الوطني  في ولاية جنوب كردفان بمدينة أبو جبيهة بحملة إعتقالات ضد مجموعة من الناشطين الشباب حيث إعتقلت كل من،
1- معتز محمد أحمد الجيلي (شربك) ، 31 عام  طبيب بيطري يسكن حي المصالح في مدينة أبو جبيهة.
2- محمد عبد الغفار سعيد، 24 عام خريج جامعة السودان كلية الهندسة يسكن حي البوسته شمال في مدينة أبو جبيهة .
3- الضو كمبال سليمان ، 25 عام طالب جامعة السودان كلية الزراعة يسكن حي البوسته شمال في مدينة أبو جبيهة.
4- احمد ادم الجراري ، 27 عام  خريج جامعة السودان يسكن حي البوسته شمال في مدينة أبو جبيهة.
5- البصيلي صالح، 26 عام يسكن حي المصالح في مدينة أبو جبيهة. 
هذا و قد تم إعتقالهم من مناطق متفرقة في مدينة أبو جبيهة ، و لم نتمكن في حقوق من التأكد من الأماكن الدقيقة للإعتقال بعد . 


هذا و قد نظم أهالي و أصدقاء المعتقلين وقفة إحتجاجية تطالب بإطلاق سراح المعتقلين ، و تمكن وفد من الشباب و الأعيان في المدينة من الإجتماع مع المعتمد و أفراد من جهاز الأمن و قد تم وعدهم بإطلاق سراح كل المعتقلين ظهر اليوم الإثنين 6 أكتوبر 2014.

On Thursday 2 October 2014, NISS forces in the state of South Kordofan arrested number of political and youth activists in the city of Abu Jibaha, we in Sudan Rights were able to confirm: 

1- Motaz ِAljayli Mohamed Ahmed (Sherbek), 31 year old male, Veterinarian, lives in Almasaleh area in Abu Jibaha locality in South Kordofan State. 

2- Mohamed Abdalghafar Saeed, 24 year old male, engineer lives in Albosta Shamal area in Abu Jibaha locality in South Kordofan State.   

3-Aldo Kampal Slyman, student at Sudan university faculty of agriculture, lives in Albosta Shamal area in Abu Jibaha locality in South Kordofan State. 

4- Ahmed Adam Aljarari, Sudan university graduate, lives in Albosta Shamal area in Abu Jibaha locality in South Kordofan State.  

5-Albisaly Saleh, 26 year old male, lives in Almasaleh area in Abu Jibaha locality in South Kordofan State.

They were arrested from different parts of the city of Abu Jibaha, we in Sudan Rights were not able to verify the exact places of these arrests. 

Families and friends of the detainees organized a protest in the city of Abu Jibaha calling for the immediate release of the detainees, and a group of detainees families mentioned that they met government officials in Abu Jibaha locality and they told them they are going to release all of them on the noon of Monday 6 October 2014.  

Sudan Rights demands the immediate release of the detained activists in Abu Jibaha locality, or issue an indictment against them and transfer their files to a court in order that a fair trial be held.

أكثر من 60 يوم في المعتقلات ..More than 60 days in detention

مازالت السلطات الامنية تواصل إحتجاز إبراهيم أحمد سالم (47) عام بسجن النهود منذ 26 يوليو 2014  بولاية غرب كردفان  , وبهذا يكون إبراهيم سالم قد أمضي 65 يوما قيد الاعتقال التعسفي  دون توجيه اي إتهامات له او تقديمه لمحاكمة حتي الان مما يعد مخالفة واضحة لدستور السوداني الانتقالي لعام 2005  , لمزيد من المعلومات حول إعتقال أبراهيم سالم يمكن مراجعة نشرة حقوق الصادرة بتاريخ 3 أغسطس  . 

و في جانب اخر قامت السلطات الامنية بالعاصمة السودانية الخرطوم بتوجيه تهمة (التحريض علي عمل عسكري  ) المادة 58 من القانون الجنائي السوداني لسنة 1991  لادم محمد الامين (33)عام , هذا و كانت السلطات الامنية قد قامت باعتقال أدم محمد الامين منزله بحي حجر الملك بمدينة كادوقلي بولاية جنوب كردفان بتاريخ 27 مايو 2014  لتقوم بعدها بترحيله الي سجن كوبر العمومي بالعاصمة الخرطوم  في مطلع يونيو . 


تطالب حقوق السلطات السودانية باطلاق سراح إبراهيم أحمد سالم فورا او توجيه اتهامات له وعرضه علي محكمة مختصة , والاسراع بتقديم  أدم محمد الامين لمحاكمة. 

Ibrahim Ahmed Salim (26 years) is still under the custody of the NISS since the 26th of July, 2014. He spend 65 days of arbitrary arrest until, for more information about his arrest, please see the issued statement dated August the 3rd, 2014.        

On the other hand, on May 27th, 2014, NISS forces arrested Adam Mohammad Amin (33 years) from his house in Hagar al Malik neigborhood of South Kurdufan. Shortly after, he was transferred to Kobar Prison,  finally he was accused of instigating militarily actions Against the government. The charges are pressed under article 58 of the Sudanese criminal code of the year 1991

Sudan Rights demands The Sudanese authorities to release Mr.Ibrahim Ahmed or issue an indictment against him  , and speed up  to transfer Adam Mohammed Amin  file  to court in order that a fair trail be held

NISS intensify crackdown on political activists ... جهاز الأمن يصعد من حملة الإعتقالات للناشطين

يشن جهاز الأمن و المخابرات الوطني السوداني حملة إعتقالات واسعه و متصاعدة للناشطين السياسيين في الخرطوم، و ذلك تزامناً مع الذكرى الأولى لإحتجاجات سبتمبر 2013 التي قتل فيها قرابة 170 قتيل حسبما ذكرت منظمة هيومن رايتس وتش، هذا و قد رصد فريق حقوق في الفترة من 20 - 25 سبتمبر أكثر من 70 حالة إعتقال تعسفي، و قد وردت إلينا معلومات من شهود عيان عن حالات اعتقال لم يتمكنوا من معرفة المعتقلين فيها. 

هذا و قد نفى وزير العدل السوداني السيد محمد بشارة دوسة يوم الأربعاء 24 سبتمبر أمام جلسة مجلس حقوق الإنسان في جنيف وجود أي معتقلين في سجون النظام السوداني، في الوقت الذي رصدت حقوق فيه أكثر من خمسين معتقل، بالإضافة للمعتقل إبراهيم سالم بغرب كردفان الذي لم توجه له أي إتهامات و معتقل منذ قرابة الشهرين  و الجدير بالذكر أن حقوق قد راسلت وزير العدل بهذه القضيه و لم يقم بالتعليق عليها.

تطالب حقوق الحكومة السودانية بسرعة الإفراج عن المعتقلين، أو توجيه إتهامات لهم و عرضهم لمحاكمات عادلة و سريعه. 

National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) ,   intensify crackdown on political activists, coinciding the first anniversary of September 2013 demonstrations where around 170 protesters were killed as reported by HRW, Sudan Rights team documented in the period from 20 to 25 September 2014 more than 70 case of arbitrary detention, and we received information from eye witnesses who saw people getting arrested but they couldn't identifies the victims.       

Minister of Justice Mr. Mohamed Bushara Dousa denied on Wednesday 24 September 2014 in Human Rights Council session in Geneva the presence of any detainees in Sudanese prisons, at the same time Sudan Rights team did have more than a 50 documented cases of arbitrary detentions, including the case of Ibraheem Salim in West Kordofan state who is arrested for almost two months now without any charges, we send to Mr. Dosa about Ibraheem case weeks ago but we did not receive any comment from him.

Sudan Rights demanding to release detainees directly or
