و تم نقلهم بعدها مجدداً إلى سجن كوبر ليخرجوا بالضمانة بعدها بأسبوع و لم يعلموا متى ستكون محاكماتهم بإستثناء الطالب إبراهيم ادم موسى الذي تم إخطاره بأن محكمته ستكون يوم 5 /8 في مجمع المحاكم في الخرطوم.
The six Darfurian students who were arrested on the 16th of June 2013 have been released on bail, NISS charged them after they have been detained inside NISS main offices in Khartoum Bahri for a month.
In their first day inside the main offices of NISS the six students were beaten badly and questioned about their activism inside the universities.
After spending almost a month inside NISS offices they transferred them to Kober prison and detained them with the convicted of murder as they mentioned to (Rights).
A week after being in Kober they took them to the central Khartoum courts compound and the judge told them what they are being accused with for the first time after spending about forty days detained in NISS offices and even in Kober with the convicted felons.
The Judge told them that they are charged with:
1- Waging war against the state. (Article 51)
2-Exciting hatred against classes or between them. (Article 64)
3- Rioting. (Article 67)
4-Breach of public peace. (Article 69)
and then they took them back to Kober to spend another week with the convicted felons before being released on bail, five of them they have not been told when it is their next hearing. Only Ibrahim Adam Mousa Hassan that will have a hearing in 5 August 2013.
