السلطات السودانية احتجاز عدد من الناشطين بسجن كوبر العمومي لاكثر
من 15 شهرا دون محاكمة , وفي ظل ظروف احتجاز سيئة الي جانب الاهمال
لحاجتهم الطبية و العلاج وهولاء المعتقلون هم :-
1- أدم اسماعيل النور (58 عام ) يسكن بمنطقة جبل اولباء بولاية
الخرطوم , شغل منصب الامين العام للسلطة الانتقالية باقليم دارفور(2009 -2010)
كما شغل منصب مستشار دارفور للسلام(2009 ), قامت الاجهزة الامنية باعتقاله
في 7 يناير 2013 و توجيه عدد من الاتهامات له بتاريخ 18 يناير 2014 .
2- أبو القاسم أحمد محمد حماد (39 عام ) يسكن بمنطقة الجوغانة بمحلية
قريضة - ولاية جنوب دارفور يعمل بالمكتب التنفيذي للادارة الاهلية بولاية جنوب
دارفور , قامت الاجهزة الامنية باعتقاله من منطقة السوق الشعبي بمدينة
نيالا - ولاية جنوب دارفور بتاريخ 18 يناير 2013 .
3- عادل حسن يعقوب الملك (44 عام ) يعمل بالمحاماة , يسكن بحي
تكساس بمدينة نيالا قامت الاجهزة الامنية باعتقاله من منزله بتاريخ 18 يناير 2013.
4- عمدة سليمان مصطفي - طالب بجامعة النيلين قامت الاجهزة
الامنية باعتقاله من منطقة السوق الشعبي بامدرمان بتاريخ 18 يناير 2013
5- محمد أدم محمود (27 عام ) يسكن بمنطقة اموقوجي بمحلية بليل بولاية جنوب
دارفور يعمل بالمكتب التنفيذي للادارة الاهلية بولاية جنوب دارفور , قامت
الاجهزة الامنية باعتقاله بتاريخ 18 يناير 2013
هذا و قد كانت الاجهزة الامنية قد قامت باعتقال
المذكورين اعلاه بتاريخ 18 يناير 2013, حيث تم توجيه عدد من الاتهامات لهم
من قبل النيابة المختصة ليتم بعدها تحويلهم الي سجن كوبر العمومي بتاريخ 8
ابريل 2013 ولم يسمح لاسرهم بزيارتهم الا بعد 40 يوما من تاريخ اعتقالهم . و
لم يتم حتي الان عرضهم علي اي جهة قضائية او عدلية كما لم تفتح في مواجهتهم اي
اجراءت قضائية الامر الذي يخالف كل القوانين الاجراءئية والدستور الانتقالي لعام
2005 .
هذا و يحتجز المعتقلون اعلاه في ظل اوضاع سيئة حيث تم
وضعهم في زنازين انفرادية وتم منعهم من مقابلة الطبيب مما ادي الي تدهور حالتهم
الصحية واصابتهم بامراض الحساسية المفرطة , وقد توجه المعتقلين اعلاه بمذكرة
بتاريخ 18 فبراير 2014 لوزير العدل الاستاذ محمد بشري دوسة تطالب
بتحويل اوراق قضيتهم الي المحكمة المختصة بجانب اتخاذ كافة التدابير القانونية
في حالة عدم توفر الادلة الكافية عدا الضمانة .
هذا ونشرت
صحيفة الميدان بتاريخ 13 مايو بأن المدعي العام لجرائم دارفور
مولانا راشد احمد محمد قرر تشكيل محكمة خاصة للنظر في الإتهامات الموجه
للمعتقلين اعلاه , وحتي الان لم يتثنا لنا التاكد من صحة هذه المعلومات بعد .
وتطالب حقوق كافة الجهات القانونية والحقوقية داخل
السودان بالتدخل لتوفير محاكمات عادلة للمعتقلين.
The
Sudanese authorities continues to detain a number of activists at Kober prison
for more than 15 months without trial and they are kept in terrible detention
conditions in addition to neglecting their medical needs. The detainees are
1-Adam
Ismail Al-Nour (58 years)
lives in Jebel Awlia locality in Khartoum state, worked as the general
secretary of the Darfur Transitional Authority in Darfur (2009-1010) and an
advisor to Darfur peace (2009), the security agencies (NISS) arrested him
on 7 January 2012 and he has been facing several charges since 18 January 2013.
2-Abulgasim
Ahmed Mohamed Hamad (39
years) lives in Jogana area in Gereda locality in South Darfur state, works at
the executive office for native administration in South Darfur state, the security
agencies (NISS) arrested him from the Shaabi market in Nyala, the capital
of South Darfur, on 18 January 2013.
3-Adil
Hassan Yagoub Al-Malek (44
years) works as a lawyer, lives in Texas neighborhood in Nyala, the security
agencies (NISS) arrested him from his house on 18 January 2013.
4-Omda
Suleiman Mustafa a student at Al-Nileen university, arrested by the
security agencies (NISS) from the Shaabi market in Omdurman on 18 January
2013.
5-Mohamed
Adam Mahmoud (27 years) lived
in Om-Gogi in Beleila locality in South Darfur state, works at the executive
office for native administration in South Darfur state, arrested by the
security agencies (NISS) on 18 January 2013.
The
security agencies (NISS) arrested the above mentioned on 18 January 2013 , and
directed a few charges at them before they were transferred to Kober prison on
8 April 2013 and their families have not been able to visit them except after
40 days from their arrest. Until now, they have yet to be taken to any
judiciary authority or a court and this contradicts all criminal procedures in
the interim constitution of 2005.
The
detainees are held in terrible conditions. They are kept in solitary
confinement and they have not been able to access a doctor which led to
deterioration in their health situation and many have allergies now. They have
submitted a memorandum on 18 February 2014 to the Ministry of Justice, Mohamed
Bushra Dosa, asking for their case to be referred to the specialized court and
take all the important legal procedures in case no evidence was found.
AL-Midan
newspaper published on May
13th that the Darfur prosecutor Rashid Ahmed Mohamed decided to form a special
court to look into the accusations directed detainees above, and We were
not able to verify this information yet
We
ask all legal and rights-based organizations inside Sudan to interfere to
provide a fair and free trial to all detainees.
