في إتصال لحقوق مع أحد المحاميين المتابعين لملف قضية طلاب جامعة الجزيرة الذين قتلوا في شهر ديسمبر 2012، أكد المحامي بأن لا جديد في ملف هذه القضية حيث لم تقم اللجنة المشكلة بقرار من وزير العدل محمد بشارة دوسه بالتوصل لأي نتائج ، إن تجاهل هذه القضية من قبل وزارة العدل و الحكومة السودانية يجعلنا نشكك في دور لجان التقصي التي تكونها وزارة العدل و مدى مصداقيتها.
هذا و تعود تفاصيل هذه القضية إلى يوم 7 ديسمبر 2012 حيث تم العثور على جثث في إتصال لحقوق مع أحد المحاميين المتابعين لملف قضية طلاب جامعة الجزيرة الذين قتلوا في شهر ديسمبر 2012، أكد المحامي بأن لا جديد في ملف هذه القضية حيث لم تقم اللجنة المشكلة بقرار من وزير العدل محمد بشارة دوسه بالتوصل لأي نتائج ، إن تجاهل هذه القضية من قبل وزارة العدل و الحكومة السودانية يجعلنا نشكك في دور لجان التقصي التي تكونها وزارة العدل و مدى مصداقيتها.

هذا و قد صرح وزير العدل محمد بشارى دوسه في يوم 6 مايو 2013 لصحيفة سودان تريبيون، بأنه سيعلن عن نتائج التحقيق قريباً و لكن هذه النتائج إن وجدت فعلاً فهي لم تعلن حتى الان، و قد راسلت حقوق وزير العدل لسؤاله عن سير عملية التحقيق في القضية من قبل اللجنة المكونة من قبلهم و متى سوف تنشر نتائج التحقيق التي قامت بها اللجنة , و لكن حتى الان لم يرد السيد الوزير على هذه التساؤلات.
تطالب حقوق وزير العدل محمد بشارى دوسه و وزارة العدل بالإيفاء بإلتزاماتهم و واجباتهم وتسليم نتائج التحقيق في هذه القضية و تمليك المعلومات و النتائج لأسر القتلى و محاميهم حتى تأخذ العدالة مجراها.
One of the lawyers who is following the case of the death of Aljazeera university students, who were killed in December 2012, mentioned to Sudan Rights that the commission which was formed by the minister of Justice Mohamed Bushara Dosa to investigate on this case did not come to any results.

The details of this case goes back to the 7th of December 2012, four bodies of university students were found in a canal near the university of Aljazeera, they are Mohamed Younis al-Nil, Adel Mohamed Ahmed, Al Sadiq Abdullah Yacoub and Noman Ahmed Koreishi, Sudanese Justice Ministry announced on December 10 the formation of a commission of inquiry into the deaths.
Justice minister Mohamed Bushara Dosa anounced on May 6 2013 mentioned to the Sudan tribune newspaper that he will announce the results of the investigation done by the commission he formed, but till now he did not share it with the victims families or their lawyers, Sudan Rights send the minister an email asking him about this case but he did not replay.
Sudan Rights demands the Minister of Justice Mohamed Bushara Dosa and the Ministry of Justice to fulfil their obligations and duties, and share information and results of the investigation with victims families and their lawyers.
